The Ministry of Defense has developed a bill that provides for the introduction of new military ranks.

She also explained that these are such new army military ranks as "Staff Sergeant", "Master Sergeant", "Senior Master Sergeant", "Master Master Sergeant", as well as naval military ranks: "headquarters-foreman" , "Master foreman", "senior master foreman" and "chief master sergeant".

"In particular, it is planned to consider in the parliament the draft law" On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding Military Ranks of Servicemen ". He is called upon to increase the role of sergeant and senior officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in training, education, training of personnel and fulfillment of tasks for appointment in accordance with NATO standards.

The document provides for the establishment of new military ranks of sergeants and sergeants, "noted Gavrilyuk.

For this purpose, the draft law amends the law of Ukraine on military service and military service, the charter of internal service and the disciplinary regulations of the APU.
