Debtor - a limited liability company that produces mobile structures of frame type - cabins, pavilions, kiosks, guard posts, modular holiday homes and bathhouses. One of their clients was dissatisfied with the order and asked to return the money. Having been refused, the man had to apply to the court. But even after the buyer defended his case in court, the debtor was not in a hurry to repay the debt of three hundred thousand rubles.

After commencement of enforcement proceedings, bailiffs established the actual location of the debtor. However, the debtor assured that the property found on the territory does not belong to him. Then the officials arrived to the debtor in the guise of buyers of mobile baths.

When the representative of the debtor demonstrated all the advantages of the goods, saying that shipment is possible today, the tow truck arrived with a manipulator along with the bailiff and "shipped" three baths.

When the bailiffs proceeded to load the structure onto the tow truck, the director of the debtor-organization arrived and paid all the debt. The enforcement proceedings are completed by actual execution, the money is transferred to the recoverer.
