The press service of the State Emergency Service warns that gusts during a thunderstorm can reach 15-20 meters per second. The State Emergency Service said that tomorrow in Volyn, Rivne, Lviv, Ternopil, Khmelnitsky, Zakarpatye, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, and in the afternoon in places in Zhytomyr, Kiev and Vinnytsia regions, thunderstorms are possible, in some areas hail.

At the same time in the Carpathian region there will be strong showers in places. At the same time, the department also warns that in Western Ukraine, the water level is expected to rise on the rivers on Wednesday night, as well as throughout the whole of tomorrow.

So, according to the information of rescuers, in the places of passage of heavy downpours the probable formation of a significant local run-off and the formation of small mudflows, on small watercourses, a transient increase of water levels by 0.5-1.5 meters.
