Official accused of receiving 75 thousand hryvnia bribes. The press service of the military prosecutor's office of the Southern region of Ukraine reported that on May 2 the investigators of the prosecutor's office completed the pre-trial investigation and sent an indictment against the official to the court.
Recall, as reported URA-Inform, March 28, the prosecutor's office exposed the official when receiving the second part of the unlawful gain in the amount of 50 thousand hryvnia.
In total, the employee of the State Administration received 75 thousand hryvnia for assistance in the implementation of entrepreneurial activities. The detainee was informed of the suspicion of committing a crime under the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine Abuse of influence. He faces up to five years in prison.
