But this is still a vague prospect, and if we proceed from the situation that exists at the moment, then we do not have to speak about any radical changes.

So I correspond with the inhabitants of the occupied territories and, with all their desire to return to Ukraine, under the control of the Ukrainian authorities, they are already increasingly decadent in writing that the chances are melting away. They are less and less confident in this, being in the Donbass. Although these people are patriots, but on both sides there is already a certain ossification and differentiation. And this process, unfortunately, is inevitable. This we have seen in other countries from frozen conflicts. And the Ukrainian conflict, he is already such. Although we are afraid of this term, but on a larger scale it is already such.

Let's remember Nagorno-Karabakh, where the parties are still reconciling, also by the way, within the framework of the Minsk process.
