Thus, a citizen of Ukraine may be refused entry to the EU countries on a visa-free basis, provided that he:.
• is on the list of persons posing a threat to public order, public health or internal security;.
• is on the list of persons whose entry into at least one EU country is prohibited;.
• convicted in any EU country for crimes that provide for a criminal penalty of imprisonment for at least one year;.
• is subject to a decision on expulsion from the country, which is adopted, in particular, in cases of illegal residence;.
• if there is evidence of involvement in criminal activities or evidence of intent to participate in such activities;.
• if there are not all necessary documents confirming the purpose of travel.
