Scientists have found that daily walking is not only useful for general health, but also can reduce the risk of developing breast cancer by 30%.

To this conclusion they came, based on the results of the study, reports sundaynews.

Scientists from the University of North Carolina argue that during walking, the probability of forming adipose tissue, which, in turn, is one of the causes of the terrible disease.

Approximately three thousand women between the ages of 20 and 98 took part in the study. About 50% of volunteers suffered from breast cancer.

Thus, it was found that those representatives of the fair sex, who paid walking at least 10-19 hours per week, were 30% less likely to fall ill.
