It was necessary to gather evidence, not only who is where and even not only who and what stole, but how much.

Examinations and conclusions of the institutes were carried out, and then helicopters flew, "Lutsenko explained, adding that this operation will have further actions.

He also noted that despite the fact that he was constantly criticized for the cost of transporting the detainees by helicopter, but it was not so expensive, since they cost less than one tenth of a percent of the property seized and, in fact, for the police and there are helicopters.
