The school and the hospital are destroyed. Eight people were injured. Such data on Sunday, May 28, on his Facebook page was unveiled by the deputy head of the National Police of Ukraine, the head of the Main Department of the National Police of Ukraine in the Donetsk region Vyacheslav Abroskin.

According to him, out of the total number of casualties due to the shelling, only three are civilians, these are two women and a man. Fortunately, there are no dead among the local population, - he assured.

He also said that the shelling lasted two and a half hours and the police qualified the incident as a terrorist act. A criminal case was opened on the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The terrorist act, the press service of the National Police of Ukraine explained, adding that policemen and employees of the State Emergency Service render assistance to the population.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, this morning the gunmen started shelling Krasnogorovka using heavy weapons on Sunday morning. Previously reported damage to seven residential buildings, including a five-story apartment building, a school building and a hospital. The fires started in the school and the hospital were subsequently liquidated.
