On this on Wednesday, May 24, on its page in the social network wrote a representative of Ukraine in the humanitarian subgroup of the Tripartite Contact Group Irina Gerashchenko. According to her, she intends to address the OSCE for official explanations and assessment of such requirements.

Militants insist that the Ukrainian side conduct verification and those individuals who are already at large and released under the so-called "Savchenko law". This is a complete nonsense. Neither Ukrainian legislation nor international humanitarian law allows forcibly moving or questioning people free before the law, the politician explained, adding that such actions are a scenario of delaying the release of hostages.



She also said that the insurgents put on the lists those who have nothing to do with the conflict in the Donbass, and these are the Berkutites involved in the murders on the Maidan, and the killers in Zaporozhye or Vinnitsa, as well as those involved in the tragic events in Odessa on May 2. 2014.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, Irina Gerashchenko previously said that during the meeting of the humanitarian subgroup the issue of involving the International Committee of the Red Cross in the search for missing persons.
