- entering information on the registered place of residence of the person in the state register;.

- introduction of changes in the information on the person, which is contained in the state register.

The receipt of these services is available to anyone living in Kharkov, including foreign citizens.

In addition, Oleg Drobot said that it is also possible to register the place of residence of newborns in the centers of adminservices. In particular, parents can register a newborn in the hospital with a representative of the registry office, which passes the documents to the registration authorities. Even at the time of discharge from the maternity home, the parents of the newborn will receive a birth certificate from the registry office, and from the registration authorities - documents on the registration of the place of residence of the newborn.
