The head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, Gennady Moskal, published a photo of his family in the early 50s in embroidered shirts.

"Here are two photos. One today, and another old from a family album. A little boy in panties with suspenders is me, next to parents and relatives. The beginning of the 50-ies of the last century, Stalin is still alive. And Moskal is already in embroidered! With the holiday of all sincere Ukrainian and normal Muscovites - Happy Embroidered Day! "- he wrote.
