According to the Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure Development of the Sverdlovsk Region, the Turin City District was involved in the implementation of the regional targeted program for the resettlement of citizens from the emergency housing fund in 2012. In 2015, the municipality relocated 192 people from 79 emergency living areas with a total area of ??more than 3 thousand square meters, in 2016 - 281 people out of 118 premises with a total area of ??more than 5.3 thousand square meters.
