In the construction of the house was invested almost 37.8 million rubles, of which 22.3 million rubles - the funds of the State Fund "Fund for the reform of housing and communal services", more than 8.7 million rubles - the regional budget and about 6.8 million rubles - the municipal Coffers.

According to the Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure Development of the Sverdlovsk Region, the Turin City District was involved in the implementation of the regional targeted program for the resettlement of citizens from the emergency housing fund in 2012. In 2015, the municipality relocated 192 people from 79 emergency living areas with a total area of ??more than 3 thousand square meters, in 2016 - 281 people out of 118 premises with a total area of ??more than 5.3 thousand square meters. In the current year, Turinsk plans to commission two more houses with a total area of ??more than 5 thousand square meters - on Gorkogo Street, 42 and on Lenin Street, 121. In these houses apartments will receive 106 families - this is 185 people.
