From today, on May 18, in the Sverdlovsk region, the operational and preventive action "Safe Road", which is being conducted by the UGIBDD.

On the whole territory of the Middle Urals there will be roadside activities to detect violations of traffic rules related to the non-use of seat belts, as well as child restraints corresponding to the growth and weight of small passengers.



In the preventive measure, which will be held before Saturday, the road safety comrades will take part, which together with the DPS inspectors will identify violations near kindergartens, schools, in crowded places, as well as on country roads.

The State Motor Inspectorate of the Sverdlovsk Region recalls that for the unfastened seat belt the driver bears administrative responsibility in the form of a fine of 1000 rubles, and for transportation of the child without a child restraint or in a child seat not corresponding to the growth and weight of a small passenger, a driver is issued a fine of 3000 Rubles.
