About a week ago in the area of ??Svetlodar the bodies of our three dead scouts were returned. Probably, some readers are aware that they disappeared some time ago. This information was confirmed by our military and for a while nothing was known about their fate. Then it turned out that they were killed by enemy fire. We returned their bodies, as it should be in any normal army.
In many memoirs of the average officers of the Wehrmacht there is a description of how the junior officers treated the deaths of their subordinates. They had to make every possible effort to get their dead and even carried out small operations with artillery. Moreover, if there was an opportunity to return the bodies of their soldiers and the commander did not use it, then very quickly his career ended, for it was dispelled by shameful rumors, and such a shame can not be washed away by anything. Such an officer lost the authority of the soldiers and the unit became not combat-ready. Therefore, the issue of the evacuation of the dead worked clearly.
What was done in the Soviet army - all well know. The point is not even that the retreating army could not ensure the burial and fixation of death and burial place, but that it did not bother anyone. The approaching Red Army demonstrated the same, despite the fact that the conventional battlefield remained behind it. For this reason, such a huge number of missing and even more - unidentified burial sites. The wrong mentality was in the Red Army.
It seems that we did get rid of this shameful aspect of the Soviet infection and, finally, we are doing everything right. The same applies to the prisoners. We recognize the presence of prisoners and confirm their names. This gives confidence to those who are in trouble, that they are looking for, they will find and pull out. They are not written off in "surgical waste", they will be fought for. In this sense, the position of the IDF looks exemplary. They understand that any combat operation can lead to the capture of their own soldiers. Therefore, they are instructed how to behave in captivity.
They are required to fully identify their identification data, including belonging to a particular military unit, position and most importantly - not to hide operational information about their unit. That is, the fighter is instructed exactly as in the United States instructs the employees of banks on the actions during the robbery. They are charged with giving a signal about the attack and meeting all the demands of the raiders. The police know that no one is playing heroes there and plans his operation on the basis of this.
The same goes for the IDF. The management is aware of how their fighter will lead in captivity and when receiving information about such an incident they act with an amendment to what was known to the fighter. No heroism is required of him, because to force him to persist means to torture him, and it is almost impossible to sustain them. Therefore, it decided not to bring the case to torture and the fighter just tells everything he knows. At the same time, he understands that he does not commit treason, because he acts strictly on the protocol. And the leadership does not consider him a traitor. But it makes the appropriate adjustments to its plans and acts so that the operative information lost with the fighter does not inflict damage. But the enemy also knows this. He knows that to torture a fighter does not make sense, he will say everything.
In this case, any act of torture will no longer have military significance and will instantly bring out those who allowed themselves to torture an IDF fighter from the list of the living on the list of conditionally living. Any such fact will be avenged unconditionally and rigidly. Specially trained people will destroy those who tortured, who was near, during the torture and who will be next to the executioners, at the time of liquidation. This is an honest and open position. We need to fully take it.
We need to do this all the more, since we have in front of our eyes an antipode - the Russian army, where the military is being hybridized into mercenaries. Russia wants to look beautiful, and therefore instantly denies from its military.
This is done immediately, as soon as they pass to fictitious names or aliases, nicknames, callsigns. At that moment they had already made a step into the grave. In case of death, they, at best, will be secretly buried in their homeland, but more often - they will be dug in unmarked graves, the volume of which will become clear after the liberation of the occupied territories.
