I fully support the decision to ban access to Yandex, Mail. Ru and social networks "Vkontakte" and "Classmates".

All these structures, as it has long been known, are managed directly from the Kremlin. In addition, they have their own representative offices in Ukraine, whose leadership, I personally know, travels constantly to Moscow for meetings. I myself people from these companies told it recently, at first not knowing who I am. They go to Moscow for meetings, receive instructions and know perfectly who they are dealing with, what resources are being promoted here.

I know what information policy is maintained by Yandex. For example, Yandex refused to index the sites of the television channel ATR, as they are banned in the Russian Federation. This is just one concrete example. Our site editor called and asked about it. He was told: "You are prohibited in the Russian Federation, we will not promote your news".

With the help of these systems, first, dissemination of propaganda. The tops of news are very clearly aligned - they are put manually as it is necessary for Russian propaganda. In addition, these systems collect personal data on citizens of Ukraine.

This is the most powerful instrument of propaganda of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine. Yandex is building its policy in the way the Kremlin needs, so that on the Internet there is also an inadequate picture of the world.

These resources in Ukraine are toxic. In which case they can be used against every citizen and the country as a whole.

In addition, in these social networks, Russian propaganda creates systematically groups, in which misinformation about Ukraine is poured, it is all moderated, there is a whole administration that is engaged in this.

Therefore, I fully endorse the decision of the President of Ukraine. He's done well.
