The Investigation Department of the Chkalovsky District of the TFR in the Sverdlovsk Region completed the investigation of the criminal case against the 32-year-old former nurse of the scandalous boarding school at Lyapustina. She is charged with h. 2 items. 118 of the Criminal Code (causing serious harm to health through negligence due to improper performance of a person's professional duties).

The incident occurred on the morning of January 19, 2017. The nurse performed hygiene procedures for children. 11-year-old paralyzed pupil, she put under the shower and left. After a while on the child's body appeared burns, which the teacher noticed.

The ambulance doctors who arrived at the clinic diagnosed burns of the 2nd degree in the victim on more than 20% of the body surface. Almost a month the teenager spent in a hospital.

It turned out that the nurse did not check the water temperature, and the pupil himself, because of the reduced pain caused by the disease, did not notice that he was washing under boiling water.

The investigation gathered a sufficient evidentiary basis, in connection with which the criminal case with the approved indictment was sent to the court.
