In the photo published by the blogger, there appears one and the same woman in a Soviet military uniform from the times of World War II. This is a permanent participant of the pro-Kremlin actions timed to the Victory Day in Kiev in different years. The photo shows that in 2009 the woman wore shoulder straps of the major, and in 2016 appeared with shoulder straps of the colonel. She also participated in the propaganda action "Immortal Regiment" in Kiev on May 9, 2017.
