I am slightly alarmed that the device does not turn on and does not even specify the nature of the malfunction, not to mention attempts to understand what's wrong with it. I am shown a non-commodity type of product (opened packaging) and my unethical behavior - attempts to return a boring thing to me. I tell my story to the director, and then to the commercial director. Again, "we" and replicas, that we are striving to cash in on the "state" store. With me they speak in elevated tones and in half the phrases, unfolding, leaving. I move from one person to whom I am being sent to another.
After an hour and a half I'm really a little mad. They tell me that I am confused in the testimony and do not know what I want. I want water, valerian and home, I already durstvenno from repeated retelling of this story, from walking around in a circle and some strange position of a swindler and a charlatan in their eyes. The device is still not included and, judging by the reaction, disdain the whole situation.

Probably after almost two hours of cross-examination I must confess that I'm just from a psychiatric hospital, and confirm this with a "fresh" certificate. I get arguments like that I want to return the bitten bread to the store. And then they come up with a completely logical idea - the conclusion of a service center. And, I must say, the nature and characteristics of the malfunction are also of no interest to anyone. I go out into the street a little crazy from everything. The year of guarantee was two weeks, "Phillips" - "Chinese", and with their claims I need "to Ukraine". Yes, I was also told that I'm trying to cash in and from doing nothing I go shopping. They pointed to my conflict and made a parallel that I regularly scandal at my work. They somehow caught it in two hours.
And I almost believe by the end of the second hour in all this. This is some sort of group treatment, when all against one. I have a presentiment of the outcome - the device will be defective through my fault, and they took two days to consult a lawyer, they mentioned the lawyer several times.
But, miracle, already at the bus stop I'm asked to go back. I get money back.

If the device is working, what happened after 10 minutes of diagnosis, why do they return the money to me? Leaving, I hear that the device right now will be discounted and put again on sale. He really looks serviceable. And I'm still interested, they at least realized that it did not work, because of what the whole story began?.
