More than 197 thousand rubles of fines were paid by residents of the Sverdlovsk region for violating the requirements of fire safety. This is the result of the work of the supervisory bodies of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia since April 15, when a fire hazardous period began in the Sverdlovsk Region.

For violation of fire safety requirements, mainly for burning dry grass, 173 protocols on administrative violation were drawn up, 173 people (ordinary citizens and managers) were fined.

Recall that for today a special fire fighting regime operates on the territory of 38 municipalities of the Sverdlovsk region.

For the period of the special fire regime in the territory of the municipality or settlement, additional fire safety requirements are established that prevent the spread of forest and other fires to human settlements.

Ordinary citizens need to remember that it is impossible to build bonfires on the territory of the municipality, suburban areas, private residential sector, in places of rest; Burn garbage and dry vegetation; To carry out grass fires; Conduct fire work.

Violation of fire safety requirements in the conditions of a special fire-fighting regime entails the imposition of a fine: on citizens in the amount of 2,000 to 4,000 rubles; On an official - from 15 000 to 30 000 rubles; On a legal entity - from 400 000 to 500 000 rubles.

Legislation also provides for criminal liability, depending on the severity of the consequences of a fire.



From 6 to 9 May in the settlements of the Sverdlovsk region, 45 fires occurred, in which 3 people were killed, 3 more people were injured. 38 times fire divisions went to the fires of dry grassy vegetation.

The patrol-control groups conducted 64 raids on patrolling the territories of settlements, in the course of which 14 violators of the requirements of the fire regime were identified, all of them were brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine.
