The world does not change.

The world walks around, playing the same models. Only scenery and actors change.

After each war, civilization is discouraged, people want to live and relax, not to think about threats and problems. Broken barbarians lick wounds and nurture revenge plans. Weakies always carry revenge plans. They need to get revenge for someone for their weakness.

While the civilization is resting, it does not need strong leaders, because strong leaders constantly demand something, they call somewhere, but they just want to live and not go anywhere.

The barbarians on the contrary, after being beaten, look for strong leaders to take revenge and, as a rule, find. A strong leader draws resources, falls in love with the plebs, finds resources and, having strengthened his power, begins to quietly probing the enemy.

First, the barbarians seem to accidentally show their fangs, but, without encountering resistance, they begin to become impudent. And so it goes on until the barbarians wake the sleeping dog and bring it to the right condition.

As soon as this happens, the civilization wakes up, hastily seeks strong leaders Churchill / Roosevelt / Reagan / Thatcher / Kohl and the like. Gathering strength and will into a fist, civilization beats the barbarians, but not until the end.

Just arranges them an exemplary flogging and forcing them to peace.

And so it repeats from time to time, constantly throughout the history of mankind.

Until the end of the barbarians do not finish, probably because without them it will not be very interesting and boring to live.
