On the eve, on May 3, the camp of striking truckers at 30 km of the EKAD was visited by the head of the UGIBDD in the Sverdlovsk region Yuri Demin. It happened after the territory on which trucks for more than a month are standing fenced off with a moat. The drivers, among whom were not only the strikers, but also those who had made a halt in that place, had to contact the prosecutor's office.

The conflict was resolved on the spot. In the presence of Demin, specialists of JSC Sverdlovskavtodor explained that the ditch is not needed to exclude the involvement of other truckers. It was created as a tap for water, destroying the route.

Also, the road workers quickly organized an exit for the trucks, and everyone was able to leave the parking lot.

Recall, 30 km of the Yekad long-distance truck drivers are striking since March 30. They demand the abolition of the Plato system. The fee for heavy trucks for travel on federal routes was introduced on November 15, 2015. First, long-distance operators had privileges - one kilometer of the route cost 1.53 rubles. Since April 2017, the fare has increased to 1.91 rubles per km of track.
