Ukrainian veterans of the Second World War will receive a one-time cash aid of 400 grivnas. And this government is even more generous.

According to the Ministry of Social Policy, the country now has about 600 thousand veterans of World War II.

Among them, the largest payments are laid for war invalids of the first group - they will receive more than UAH 3 thousand. The least will be given to the participants.

One-off payments from the state budget in accordance with the law "On the Status of War Veterans, Guarantees for Their Social Protection" will be received by May 5.

And the local authorities are preparing separate monetary "gifts" for participants of the fighting for the Victory Day.
