The Prosecutor's Office of Upper Pyshma approved the indictment in the criminal case against Alexey Efremov. He is charged with h. 3 items. 30, p. "A" h. 2 items. 105 of the Criminal Code (attempted murder of two persons, not brought to completion due to circumstances beyond the control of the accused).

According to the investigation, in the house of Efremov a special device was installed, which automatically limited the power supply power. Installation of the device was caused by the fact that Efremov, in violation of the requirements of the legislation for about 2 years, did not allow his controllers. Because of the limited power of electricity, Efremov was so angry that he decided to take revenge on electricians who installed the device.

On January 1, 2017, late at night, Efremov, armed with a knife and an ax, came to the territory of JSC "Oblkommunenergo" in Sredneuralsk. Going into the service room where the electricians were, the attacker inflicted a blow to one of them with a fist on the face, from which he fell to the floor. The attacker took out the weapons he had come with, and tried to hit them on the heads and torsos of the victims.

However, electricians managed to repulse Efremov, which saved their lives.

The criminal case was sent to the Verkhne-Pshminsky City Court. The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of 8 to 20 years.

Taking into account that in accordance with. 66 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the sentence for an attempt to commit a crime can not exceed three quarters of the maximum term of the most severe form of punishment provided for in the article, Efremov faces imprisonment for up to 15 years.
