Persons who apply for admission to the civil service will take a paid test for proficiency in the state language.
The relevant decree was issued by the Cabinet of Ministers on April 26.
So, according to the resolution No. 301, published on May 3, paid services for certification and issuance of a certificate of free Ukrainian ownership may be issued by higher educational institutions that provide training in public administration and administration.
By this decree, under the higher education institutions, appraisal commissions consisting of three members and a chairman are established, who have a higher education in the field of Philology, one of whom must have a degree not lower than a doctor of philosophy.
The attestation itself consists of a written part (test and retelling of the text that concerns public administration) of a part lasting 60 minutes and oral (business conversation on a given scenario and a presentation message on a specific topic) of up to 45 minutes.
Also, fluency in the state language without actually passing the written and oral part of the certification can be confirmed free of charge with a school diploma with an assessment of 5 (or 10 if the certificate is received after 2000) for studying the Ukrainian language, a diploma of higher education with an "excellent" score for the Ukrainian language or On the specialty of philology.
The certificate of the possession of the state language is valid for an unlimited period.
