The state budget provides for funding for police at a rate of almost 16.6 billion hryvnia. This is clearly not enough to finance.
This amount provides a normative requirement of only 39%. This was announced on Tuesday, April 25, by the board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the head of the National Police of Ukraine, Sergey Knyazev.
According to him, the minimum additional need for police this year is 4 billion 159 million hryvnia. At the same time he noted that in most regional centers and cities police officers did not even "dress up".
In turn, Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman promised to provide the necessary level of funding for the National Police this year.
Recall, as reported URA-Inform, today at the board of the head of the National Police of Ukraine, Sergei Kniazev, said that in March 2017 was reported on the suspicion of committing more than 19 thousand crimes.
