There are exactly two reasons for this. "Переможці" is a project aimed at solving a very important problem for Ukraine - the issue of rehabilitation after a military trauma. And the rehabilitation of not only those who were and now is in the ATU, but also the whole country, because we all experience, in varying degrees, post-traumatic syndrome. And "Peremozhtsi" aimed at returning war-maimed warriors to peaceful, active, including sports life, is in fact a victory over those who are trying to break us morally.

We do not break down, we do not give up without a fight and we do not give up the fight even more, we go ahead and win, seeing how the winners in the sports fields are those who were injured by the undeclared Donbas war.

"Three years have passed, and we have received a new challenge - this is the problem of the reintegration of our soldiers and their return to normal peaceful life. The project "Перемоці" united the heroes of our country. They show by their example how, having got into a difficult situation, do not lose heart, "says the patron of the project, the head of the" Perscho Private Brewery "(PPB) Andrei Macola.

He talks about how, as part of the project "Faithful team" brought to the match in Croatia, not only Ukrainian football fans, but also Peremozciv. And how they played football with Croatian fans. And how happy they were at that moment. And what emotions experienced those who saw this game and saw with their own eyes that the Ukrainians are a nation of Peremoztsiv, whom neither the war nor its consequences will break down.

Перемоці is a Ukrainian response to the misfortune that we are now witnessing in the Donbass, where for three years now there has been a war. It is scary because it does not end at the front. The next stage of the struggle is the return to normal life. The problem of the reintegration of the military is important for any state that has hot spots on the map. In Israel, this is a separate line of medicine, in the development of which millions of shekels are invested. The state of Ukraine does not have the funds for the psychological rehabilitation of the ATU fighters, as there is at times no opportunity to treat the physical. Both these issues are addressed by volunteers and business support. And the Center for Practical Assistance to Ukrainian Defenders AXIOS has become a clear example of what can happen, the business code is really ready to put the shoulder to the country.

Taking for example the rehabilitation models operating in Israel and the US, having calculated that the fundamentals of the revival for people are family and work, AXIOS has concentrated, naturally at point two.

"World studies show that veterans who have not found a job, fall into depression, alcoholism, sometimes ending suicide. But any complexity is an opportunity, "the Center was told and took the job. Here it was estimated that 300,000 people need help through the ATU. One third of them are regular military men who are more psychologically resistant to military psychotrauma. 200 thousand - a civilian population, mobilized or voluntarily rushed into the pool of war and to it morally unprepared.

Injured need not only to identify and convince to communicate with psychologists, they need help with employment, with entry into the normal rhythm of home-work-work - home. And it became the task of the Center.

In half the cases, fighters want to get new professions, primarily in the IT field. They are helped both with study and with work. At the same time, the Center clearly understands that each company wants to see among its employees not just a participant in military operations, but a professional. As a result, AXIOS coped with the tasks.

It must be said that Ukrainian officials are unspeakably happy about the appearance of the Center, and "Peremoztsyam". They do not interfere with these projects, but they can not provide substantial assistance - some are jammed with power, others do not have money. None of these projects would be beyond the power of any of the Ukrainian profile government structures, which in general are quite numerous.

The complexities of the budgetary process could not provide for Rehabilitation at the proper level. And it seems to me important that business is involved in the process of helping the veterans of ATO. This manifested his patriotism. And he is real, he differs significantly from ersatz, which consists only in hanging blue and yellow boards with his logos.

Help should be selfless and nameless - in fact, this is indicated by those who work in the charity projects of the PPB and try not to advertise its participation. But with this opinion it is difficult for me to agree - the country should know who helps its heroes. To know in order that the example of PPB became contagious for other participants of the Ukrainian market, who are going to develop their business here.

That's why it is necessary to talk about "Permissions", that's why it's worth telling about the AXIOS Center - they are building the way for victory in the war, which we did not start, but we ended it - our efforts to help those who suffered in ATO.

In the European Union, where we so strive, in the US and Canada, which we often call the flagships of our development, charity always has a name, and not engage in it - it's shameful. I hope that Ukraine will come to both these standards. The country is capable of doing this.
