The official demanded 60,000 hryvnias from the citizen and promised to accept the decision by the executive committee on recognizing the right of ownership and assigning the address to non-residential premises. According to the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, the police received confirmation of receiving a bribe in a non-cash form on the specified account, and providing them with the promised decision of the executive committee.

After that, the bribe taker was detained in accordance with the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine Accepting the offer, promise or receipt of an improper benefit by an official. At the moment, the issue of electing a preventive measure to a detainee is being decided.
