By the end of 2017, the electronic system of recording to doctors will operate in medical institutions of primary level in all districts of Kyiv. Moreover, the developers are already working on the creation of an electronic doctor's office and an electronic medical record of the patient with data on visits, test results and diagnostic studies, and even dental dentistry. This was announced by the deputy chairman of the KSCA Nikolai Povoroznik during a meeting with journalists.

According to Nikolai Povoroznik, the developers took into account all the subtleties of working with Ukrainian patients, having developed the possibility of a flexible search for a doctor in the specialty, name, place of work and address of the patient's residence. The system includes addresses of all sites, physicians and pediatricians assigned to them, which allows patients to find a doctor on the site at the address of residence.

Also, the citizens of Kiev can online on the "Portal of the patient" to see their visits to the doctor and the results of the receptions (consulting letters).

In addition, it is planned to connect emergency dispatching systems to the system, which will allow to take calls using a single patient database of polyclinics and effectively manage emergency teams. It is also planned to connect to the system dental clinics TMO "Kyiv Dentistry", providing for the creation of a dental card with a dental formula for patients of the city's dentistry.
