Bochkovsky also recalled that in November-December 2015 an unsuccessful attempt was made to illegally take over the company from a group of scammers.

"Directly attempted to seize the office of UNL on December 16, 2015 by a group of unidentified persons on the basis of forged judicial decisions. On this day, law enforcement agencies, staff of the GPU (at the time headed by B. Shokin), and people's deputies, having understood the situation, did not allow to implement the scheme of illegal possession of the UNL company, "said the company's top manager. He also confirmed that Valery Kovalenko was and remains the founder of UNL.

People's deputies Gleb Zagoriy and Alexander Tretyakov, to whom the media mentioned by Andrey Bochkovsky are credited with participating in the conflict with Valery Kovalenko, in Facebook social network published joint photos with those who in unreliable publications are designated as victims of the conflict.
