It is because of speeding and there are many accidents on the roads. In addition, complaints on the part of drivers of heavy vehicles have increased - waggons are robbing on the run.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs assures that the new police unit will be significantly different from that known to all drivers of the traffic police. In particular, patrols will not stand at the curb with a baton, but will move along the road on cars that are equipped with instruments for measuring speed.

Recruitment of the service staff is in full swing, and the police themselves will step onto the road this fall. Initially, the service, as a pilot project, will enter the roads of the Kiev and Odessa regions.
