After her divorce from Ukrainian showman Vladimir Ostapchuk in 2022, notary Kristina Gornyak left her ex-husband’s last name, but now plans to officially return her maiden name. She revealed that soon, according to the documents, there will be “Miner” again, but, interestingly, this event will not yet completely erase the former chosen one from her life. The notary filed a police report against the presenter and his wife Ekaterina Ostapchuk.

The reason for starting a legal “war,” according to Gornyak, was that the ex-husband and her new fiancee are spoiling her professional reputation and disturbing the peace. She stated this in an interview on the YoTube channel “Topov Zirki”.

As Kristina Gornyak noted, at first she tried to defend her honor in public space. The notary gave an interview to Alina Dorotyuk, where she revealed what marriage with Vladimir Ostapchuk was like for her, but now she decided to defend herself in the legal field.

" I just decided to go out and defend myself. I really value my work and reputation. Telling me that I’m not that kind of notary, that I don’t know something, that I can’t do it, or that I work in some kind of scheme is taboo for me. So I went out and defended myself. This is not the end. I am going to the legal level of protection, now my lawyer and I are filing a complaint with the police for disturbing my peace. I won’t disclose everything,” said the presenter’s ex-wife.
