Singer Irina Fedyshyn, who in March 2026 received the “Golden Heart” award for her volunteer work personally from Vladimir Zelensky, revealed the details of the meeting with the President of Ukraine. According to the performer, all participants in the ceremony went through a standard screening process, as for such official events, and the peculiarity was that no one was allowed to take their phones with them.

However, the artist emphasized that despite such security measures, the Ukrainian guarantor did not refuse to communicate with her and even signed the flags. Fedyshyn spoke about this in a commentary for the project “Tour with Stars”.

" We asked in advance whether it would be possible for the president to sign them. We were told that first there will be an official ceremony, and then come. Of course, the flags were taken and checked. Everyone has already been awarded, and a person with whom we had previously communicated comes up to me and says: “Irina, get up and go.”. I'm so uncomfortable, I walk with these flags, I look at the president, he looks at me. He has already finished, and I say: “Vladimir Alexandrovich, you can sign two flags for charity auctions? He replies: “Yes, no problem,” the singer shared.

According to Irina Fedyshyn, she cannot say that any harsh searches were carried out before the meeting with Vladimir Zelensky. At the entrance, guards checked things, all people went through a metal detector, but it was forbidden to take gadgets into the hall.

" But there were people there who took photos and videos, which could then be taken from the official website,” the singer said.

Let us remind you that Irina Fedyshyn’s volunteer activities are mainly focused on the purchase of cars for Ukrainian military personnel. The artist organizes charity concerts abroad, during which she raises funds to help defenders. For example, in 2025 it was reported that for the Christmas shows, the artist’s fund transferred a record $2.14 million to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
