Ukrainian singer Yaroslav Karpuk, better known to audiences under the stage name YAKTAK, has made the dream of his 8-year-old fan Artem come true. The performer gave the boy an impromptu concert at the Superhumans Center, where he is currently undergoing rehabilitation after losing his leg in a Russian attack.
As the artist shared, he saw a video on the clinic’s social networks where Artem performs his songs and talks about his desire to see each other, after which he decided to give the boy a surprise. The celebrity shared touching footage of the meeting on his Instagram..
“Between rehabilitations, while in a medical center, he finds the strength to do his first, small concerts, where he sings my songs! For me this is something incredible and very valuable.. I am very happy that my music can be a “source” of peace and faith in the future for someone! Little heroes like Artem remind us why it’s all for! As I already told you personally, you are a great man,” the performer noted.
In the released video you can see that as soon as Artem saw YAKTAK in front of him, he could not contain his emotions. At first, sincere surprise was read on the boy’s face, and then joy. While in the ward, Artem and YAKTAK sang the song “Unochi”, but the surprises did not end there. The artist staged a small concert within the walls of the Superhumans Center, where an 8-year-old boy became the main star.
