In 1997, Ukrainian listeners unexpectedly received several songs about the war from the top performers of that time. El Kravchuk, Irina Bilyk and Kuzma Scriabin presented almost simultaneously compositions in which it was about armed conflicts, pain and losses.

Why exactly then such a wave arose in Ukrainian show business-the singer El Kravchuk said, presenting a new version of his song " The artist explained in the Svitanok program that this track was written back in 1997 - before the war in Ukraine - but its words acquired a new meaning today.

According to Kravchuk, the coincidence that three performers wrote about the war back in 1997 was not accidental - all these artists responded to tragic events in Yugoslavia, in particular Belgrade’s bombing, and wanted to express empathy and support to those who suffered through the music.

" Because I wanted to support. There was empathy for people, to what is happening in Yugoslavia, Belgrade. They didn’t think, however, that it would feel my heart, your heart and heart of all Ukrainians. That we will feel it on ourselves, ”said El Kravchuk.

According to the artist, the song " The composition was written in collaboration with Evgeny Rybchinsky - and, according to the singer, even then it sounded prophetically.
