In his opinion, the more diverse the composition of the parliament on professional and life experience, the more effective the work of the Verkhovna Rada will become. Grishchuk emphasized in an interview with Lux FM that one cannot judge the ability of a person to be an effective folk chosen one only on the basis of his previous professional activity.

Because there are a lot of lawyers who do not find themselves in the Hall of the Verkhovna Rada and do not represent themselves normally.
