It turns out that inside the bright and incendiary music-dancing collective "Rumbero's" everything is not as smooth as it might seem at first glance. So, in an interview with the Ukraine channel, Amadore Lopez said that from time to time he had to face a lack of understanding from his colleagues.

"We are great friends and we always support each other. Moreover, we are no longer just a job - we are a family and we treat each member of the collective exactly as a member of the family. But, as in every family, the more creative, there are always conflicts, "said the choreographer.

According to Amador, the conflicts within Rumbero's are connected with working moments.

"We are all very creative and emotional people. Therefore, we have disputes and disagreements: I want it to be better, steeper. But it is in disputes that the truth is born, even though sometimes we loudly shout, but we always find compromises, "noted the Latin American with the Ukrainian soul.

Also, Amador Lopez called the best way to resolve any conflict.

"Yes, we can shout at each other, but we understand that these are working moments. We released the steam, talked quietly - and made a general decision. And then we always hug! I will say to you: the best way to solve any question, especially if a serious conflict is brewing, is to embrace. And all at once calm down and smile, "- added the artist.
