STB decided to stop the production of the national talent show "Ukraine is talent".

"The ninth season of the project (which is also the second season of the children's version), the finale of which was held on May 27, 2017, was the final one in the history of the channel," the channel said on its website.

According to the head of the STB Vladimir Borodyansky, for 9 years the project has opened a huge number of talents and has become a "whole era" in the history of the channel.

"All this became possible due to the professionalism of the teams that created such a complex show, and, of course, our judges who had a difficult task to determine the best of the best," said Borodyansky.

He also thanked for the work of colleagues and "star judges" Vyacheslav Frolov and Igor Kondratyuk, who "worked all the seasons of the project, for professionalism, skill, endurance and the ability to see the real talent".

"We are also grateful to our leaders who for 9 years had to be supportive, friends and a consolation for the participants," added the head of the STB.

Recall earlier it became known that TAYANNA will change the song for Eurovision Song Contest 2018.
