The most highly paid actress of 2017, Emma Stone, told the evening show "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert" that she was an anxious child and suffered from panic attacks.

As Emma confessed, since the age of seven she suffers from panic attacks. Somehow one of the therapists advised the nine-year-old Emma to visualize his anxiety on a piece of paper and write: "I'm more than my concern". Then she drew it in the form of a small green monster.

The ability to cope with the problem of a future Hollywood star helped actor's skill.

And although Stone has long grown, periodically she feels a similar feeling.

By the way, Emma recently began collaborating with the Child Mind Institute, an organization that helps children fight psychological disorders. Actress on a personal example knows how it is bad.

"I want to tell the children what I experienced from my own experience. I learned to control my emotions, but I'm still very suspicious, "- said the actress.
