The "Double Fantasy" album, which is the result of the joint work of John Lennon and Yoko Ono, was one of the lots of the auction "Moments in Time" in the UK.
The initial price of the lot was 1.5 million dollars and it's not surprising: it's the same vinyl that the singer and composer signed to his future murderer Mark Chapman.
Just a few hours before the committed crime, Chapman managed to get on it an autograph of his idol. Soon the plate with Champion's prints became the main evidence of the prosecution - the killer managed to lose it at the crime scene.
