The rebellion on the battleship "Potemkin" became a historical event, which was reflected in the art. The hunger strike of pupils of the Tomsk Cadet Corps has not been immortalized yet, however, the essence of the demarche is the same. Just parents were more fearful than teenagers.

Riot on the legendary battleship raised sailors because of poor-quality food. In the cadet school, where teenagers from the 7th to the 11th grade study, the boys refused to eat for the same reason: there were sponges in the porridge. And this is not an isolated case, they were found out for the fourth time since the beginning of the academic year. In 2016, a cockroach was found in the porridge. Haircuts and glasses were found by the cadets at dinners. Oparishes are more common in river fish. Sour-milk products fall on the table one day before the delay. However, some people say that the porridge was not maggots, and worms that are planted in the croup for improper storage. Essentially this does not change.

Adolescents are in the school six days a week around the clock, so switching them to tea and bread due to poor nutrition is not a normal phenomenon.

The director of the school already changed the personnel of the dining room. However, the problems remained.

Parents were afraid to scandal and complain, because this could have caused "problems with academic achievement," the Cadets proved bolder. Now the products withdrawn from the dining room are checked by Rosprebnadzor and the Prosecutor's Office. Director of the educational institution Vladimir Brykov decided to leave his post. The head of the regional department of general education Irina Grabtsevich said that his deputy will also be punished, who is obliged to take samples of food prepared for the Cadets.
