At the court hearing of the Zamoskvoretsky court, the prosecution demanded for the former head of the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) of the Russian Federation Alexander Reimer 9 years in the colony. According to the prosecution, Reimer kidnapped 2.7 billion budget funds with the help of fraud, which were allocated for the purchase of electronic bracelets. In addition, the prosecutor insists on depriving the perpetrator of all ranks and awards and imposing a fine of one million rubles.
In 2010, when it was decided to introduce innovation, Reimer did not conduct an open auction to find a manufacturer, and drew a narrow circle of people who were aware of the illegal scheme. On the basis of the existing enterprise, the trading house "Vyatka" was created, headed by Victor Definenov, who previously worked as the head of NPF "Meta". In the shops of this enterprise bracelets were assembled, although the enterprise did not possess the necessary technologies. In the criminal scheme was involved and Deputy Reimer Nikolai Krivolapov. The bracelets produced were truly "golden". Control devices, the cost of which amounted to 19 thousand rubles, were bought for 108 thousand, mobile, which also cost 19 thousand rubles were bought for 128 thousand rubles. So there were 2.7 billion, which were stolen from the budget.
His share (10% kickbacks), Reimer received in his office from the director of the organization that supplied the bracelets of Nikolai Martynov. He is already serving his term - almost 4 years of the colony. He is obliged to pay a fine of 500 thousand rubles. Such a gentle punishment is due to the fact that Martynov pleaded guilty and agreed to cooperate with the investigation.
The rest of the defendants do not admit blame and assure that they did not have any competitors, except for them, nobody worked on the development of bracelets. The only thing with which the defendants agree - perhaps the price of the products was somewhat overstated.

The speech of the prosecutor took almost five hours. He said: "I believe that the correction of the accused is possible only in isolation from society".
After that, the prosecutor asked to convict Reimer for 9 years in the colony, and also to prohibit two years from performing the functions of a representative of the authorities. In addition, to deprive him of ranks and awards and to oblige him to pay a fine of 1 million rubles. Krivolapov will have to serve six years in the colony, depriving him of titles and rewards and paying a fine. According to the prosecution, 7 years of the colony and a fine of 800 thousand rubles.
