Russian singer Dima Bilan is on the blacklist of the Peacemaker website for speaking in the Crimea. His data are published in the section "Purgatory".

Bilan was in the database for illegally crossing the state border of Ukraine. On the site there are photos and videos from the singer's performance in the Crimea.

The identity of the owner of the site Peacemaker is established. Earlier, Mikhail Shufutinsky and Irina Allegrova were included in the Peacemaker base. Also in the black lists of the site for visiting the Crimea were Stas Pyekha, Julianna Karaulova, Nyusha, Bianka, Fedor Konyukhov and Yulia Samoilova, who was supposed to represent Russia in Eurovision in Kiev.
