Ukrainian presenter and director Yevgeny Sinelnikov revealed the amount that the state paid his parents for the house destroyed by the occupiers. The home of the presenter’s relatives was located in Gostomel. Sinelnikov, in an interview with Slava Demin, said that the house was completely destroyed. Therefore, the director’s parents took part in the єВідніння program. A specialist came to them, checked the condition of the house and estimated the cost of its restoration.. " A man came to them, calculated everything and said that nothing could really be rebuilt here.. They were given money and they have now bought another house. Payments are of course less. This is not to mention furniture, TV, things, even things that cannot be appreciated - old photographs of parents,” said the director.

Evgeny Sinelnikov noted that the parents received about 100 thousand dollars. True, this is only for the “box”. Furniture, appliances and other things that were in the house were not taken into account in its cost. However, there is one caveat. Sinelnikov's parents decided not to restore the house, but instead buy a new one. They refused land in Gostomel in favor of the state, and those funds were directly invested in the construction of a new house. The money was not given to Sinelnikov’s parents, but directly to the developer.
