Ukrainian singer Jamala witnessed large-scale fires that engulfed Italy as a result of abnormal heat. Recently, the artist flew to the island of Sicily on business and on the day the fires started, she was supposed to fly to Warsaw and her flight was canceled. In the story of her Instagram page, Jha showed how she was evacuated from Sicily engulfed in flames.

Jamala shared that she had left for the city of Palermo, but due to the large number of people there were no places in hotels. Therefore, the performer decided to go to the airport, where she spent the night right on the floor: “There were no places in hotels in Palermo, so I went to the airport. There are a lot of people, chaos, all flights are canceled. So I decided to lie down on my jacket and sleep on the floor.

I woke up at 5 in the morning because I felt that other people were stepping over me,"

The artist also reassured fans that she had finally reached Munich, where she was waiting for a transfer to the next plane to Warsaw.. However, the flight was canceled, so Jah is still trying to fly to Poland.

Recall that earlier Jamala said that, it turns out, she was originally supposed to host Eurovision 2023, and not Yulia Sanina. But the artist did not have enough time to prepare, so she was forced to refuse.
