Mikhail Yasinsky, CEO of Secret Service EA and producer Olya Polyakova, became the new hero of the third episode of the Insiders YouTube show.

During a conversation with Alexander Varenitsa, Yasinsky revealed the whole truth about collaboration with singer Jerry Heil and spoke about the termination of a long-term contract on the project.

When asked if the separation was painful, Mikhail answered unequivocally:.

" It's the same with women. There are those who support at a difficult moment, and there are those who leave at a difficult moment.. Jerry belongs to the second category. My task, as the owner of the company and the person who is responsible for the team, is to make it so that it is not painful for the company and the people who worked with it, although I will say that for the girls who worked with Yana, it was an unpleasant moment. Conditions have developed in such a way, unprecedentedly difficult conditions, that I cannot condemn anyone. I organize work processes in such a way that it is not only painless, but even invisible to the company as a whole,"

The producer added that he drew conclusions for himself and there is nothing new for him here:.

" Therefore, the company must create such contracts with the artist so that, having released him, not to harm. I make such contracts so as not to harm myself. Or we disperse in such a way that everyone is fine, "

As for the future of Jerry Heil, Yasinsky predicts encouraging prospects and suggests that Yana could become the first Ukrainian singer to receive a Grammy.

" I believe she can get a Grammy. I'm not saying that it will be, but there is potential for this,"
