Recently, the shooting of the full-length historical drama "The Black Crow" based on the best-selling novel of the same name by the Ukrainian writer Vasyl Shklyar began.

The events in the film tell the story of the life and love of Ivan, nicknamed The Crow, who was destined to become a member of the insurrectionary movement of the Holodnoyarskaya Republic. The eternal thirst of Ukrainians for freedom does not allow the protagonist to stay away from the important events that unfold in his village. That is why he bravely sacrifices peace and family comfort and begins a fierce struggle for the independence of his native land, freedom and the future of Ukrainians and his own family..

The main role of the Crow in the tape will be performed by a young Ukrainian actor Taras Tsymbalyuk, known to the viewers of the TV channel "1 + 1" at work in the TV series Central Hospital and Village for a Million, as well as many other Ukrainian tapes.

As Taras noted, the dad supports him most in his work on the tape.. He is a historian by training and from early childhood instilled in his son a love for his native land.

"My father is a historian and philologist by education, and since childhood he has taught me to be interested in my past, to remember the most important events in the history of the country. Therefore, I knew about Cold Yar from school years. I was very pleased to take part at least in the samples of this film.. I was incredibly glad that in the end, we in the state actualize this topic. After I was approved, I immediately told my dad, he in turn gave me a bunch of books about this period in history, so that I could get ready to shoot. Today, after each shooting day, we communicate with him, I tell the details of work on the tape ", - said Taras.

The actor also shared the details of the acquaintance with the author of the book "Black Raven" Vasily Shklyar and the subtleties of the work of the film crew..

"With the film director Taras Tkachenko, we worked before, and starting work on Black Raven, we discussed this page of our history for a long time, which he carefully studied before the start of the project, exchanged knowledge. The author of the book, Vasyl Shklyar, having learned that I am from Cherkasy region, like him, was very pleased. We talked with him for a long time about the main character Ivan, his life, character and motives of actions ", the performer of the leading role noted.

As Taras noted, an interesting aspect of working on a role is the need to perform a large number of stunt tricks..

"During the period of work on the tape, we have already shot several scenes with dangerous stunts. I always try to do them myself, because I understand how important this is for the final result..

The spectators will see how I fight saber riding, ride at a gallop, fall from a horse at high speed, and also fight against the security officers, "the actor admitted.

In addition to Taras Tsimbalyuk, popular Ukrainian actors Pavel Moskal, Andrey Mostrenko, Ksenia Danilova, Daniil Mireshkin, Zoryana Marchenko, Natalya Sumskaya and others will perform the roles in the tape.
