A couple of months ago a new ticket service Ticketsbox started in Ukraine. Our publication became interested in how this ticketing operator differs from similar services, so we decided to talk with the founder and director of the company - Vadim Chernetsky.

Vadim, how did the idea of ??creating such a project come about? Are there really not enough ticket operators in our market?.

Tickets for tickets are sold not only for concerts, performances, festivals, various shows, but also for excursions, seminars, master classes.. By the way, movie tickets are only sold here.. Even on cinema sites you put a reservation, and then redeem before a session. Personally, I was uncomfortable, and I wanted to somehow change the situation (smiles).

You want to say that you can buy any tickets from you?.

This is our global challenge.. We want any service for which a ticket is needed to be paid through our resource.. Spectrum - unlimited: from theater tickets to bowling tracks. For example, in the near future on our site, in addition to tickets to events, it will be possible to buy train and air tickets.. Soon we will be ready to say that we can buy tickets to absolutely any event in real time..

What else interesting can be found on your site?.

Our system is built in such a way that it automatically determines which category, event, and even the performer is now more in demand.. Each user, if desired, can create a "personal account". That is, a visitor can subscribe to all the interesting information for him, and the corresponding notifications will be sent to him by e-mail.. Also on the site, you can add an event of interest to you in the “Calendar of events”, Google+ or iOS, and reminder notifications will be sent immediately to your phone so that you do not forget about the event.. In Ticketsbox we see a real personal assistant who will always be in your smartphone or tablet.. And with whom you will not worry about where to go on the weekend, how to occupy your children and how to spend time with the whole family.

Vadim, you still did not answer the question, how did the idea of ??creating such a project come about?.

The idea of ??creating such a resource arose in the process of working on a similar project.. I worked for more than 2 years in a similar online business, and in general I have about 10 years of experience in this area.. It helped me learn to identify markets, their requirements, opportunities and understand my position to take.. I realized that it was interesting to me that this direction can be applied in any areas. However, it is necessary to keep up with the times and constantly think about the client.. Based on my experience, I appreciated the strengths, positions and realized that this is for me.

In addition, in the case of TicketsBox, this is a business in which you can combine several dozen types and directions..
