British television channel Sky News published a video of the meeting of Harvey Weinstein with businessman Melissa Thompson - this is the first video evidence of the inappropriate behavior of the Hollywood producer, which was previously known from the words of dozens of women. The video was recorded in 2011 on a webcam laptop, where Thompson showed a business presentation in the office of Weinstein Company. She expected that she would be accepted in the marketing department, but Weinstein met the girl in person, closed the door behind him and told the staff not to bother them.

During the meeting, Weinstein repeatedly touches her, strokes her shoulder and flirts.

Producer suggested the girl this evening to return to the discussion of the project in the lobby of a nearby hotel. According to Thompson, she felt uncomfortable, but agreed, hoping that she would not have to be alone with Weinstein.

However, as a result, the producer brought her to her room, attacked the girl and raped her.

Lawyer Weinstein, commenting on the video, said that it depicted a mutual flirtation and nothing more.
