The royal couple of Prince William and Kate Middleton, who on April 23 for the third time became parents, today, on July 9, they baptize the newborn son of Prince Louis.

As previously reported, the ceremony will take place in a narrow circle of relatives in the royal chapel of the St. James Palace.

So, the list of invited guests included Prince Charles with his wife Camilla, Prince Harry and Megan, Kate's parents, as well as her younger sister Pippa with her husband and brother James Middleton.

It was learned that the duke and duchess of Cambridge, the godparents of Louis, chose their friends and relatives, among them comrades of Prince William Nicholas van Katz, Guy Pelley and Harry Aubrey-Fletcher, as well as Kate's friends Laura Mead, Mrs. Carter and Lucy Middleton's relative.

It is reported that Prince Louis will be wearing a christening shirt - a copy of the model 178 years ago.

As with older children Kate Middleton and Prince William, the ceremony will use water from the Jordan River and a silver font, which is a feature of the royal christening "Lily Font", which was made during the reign of Queen Victoria in 1840 for her baptism first child.

After the service the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will go to Clarence House for tea. Guests will be served with pieces of a christening cake that will resemble a wedding cake of Prince William and Kate.
